Not actually in my campaign world
but Imma feel like doing it anyway.
Hmmm I think i'm gunna do something a teensy bit different from normal and have them as an LA0 (if possible) Template that gives you a bloodline(your choice of strength)
Note: Sorta-Official stats already exist in dragon magazine(Dave Gaider was involved even!) But I don't really like it, and I think it's 3rd edition anyway.

Bhaalspawn is an Inherited template that can be added to any Animal, Dragon, Fey, Giant, Humanoid, Magical Beast, or Monstrous Humanoid.
Size is unchanged
Type changes to Outsider(Native)
Speed is unchanged
Darkvision 60'
Proficient with simple and martial weapons.
+2 Charisma.
Native outsiders breathe, eat, and sleep.
Mortal Blood(Ex) You still count as a member of your original race for all non-spell effects (including magic items)
Tainted By Evil(Ex) Bhaalspawn gain the Evil subtype so any effect that depends on alignment affects the bhaalspawn as if he has an evil alignment, no matter what its alignment actually is. The creature also suffers effects according to its actual alignment. If the bhaalspawn has an evil alignment he takes damage from holy water.
A bhaalspawn with natural weapons overcomes damage reduction as if his natural weapons were evil-aligned.
Fuel for the Rebirth(Ex) Unlike most Native Outsiders Bhaalspawn do not have a dual nature, so spells that restore souls to bodies don't work on bhaalspawn. Only Wish, Miracle or True Resurrection can restore life to a slain bhaalspawn. Also the bhaalspawn's 'soul' cannot trapped such as by the Trap the Soul or Soul Bind spells.
Nightmares(Ex) - Each time the Bhaalspawn rests, he/she must make a Will save vs. DC 10 + 1 per day the nightmares were resisted. On a failure, no hp is recovered for natural healing and roll a d6 to determine the effect until the next rest: 1) roll twice and suffer both effects. 2) -2 morale penalty to all attack and damage rolls. 3) -2 morale penalty on all saving throws and skill checks. 4) short fuse: If taunted, humiliated, or misses a skill check roll by more than 5, the Bhaalspawn must make a Will save vs. DC (10 + amount skill roll was missed by) or fall into his Infernal Wrath. 5) no penalty though the next rest's saving throw is made as if the previous rest's nightmares were resisted. 6) no penalty
Bloodlust(Ex) - Will saves to do subdual damage
Infernal Wrath(Ex) - As hitpoints lower make a willsave to avoid succumbing to a reckless wrath decreasing attack rolls and ac but increasing damage and an inability to run while enemies are still alive
Bloodline(Ex) - All bhaalspawn receive the bhaalspawn bloodline and follow all the appropiate rules for progression in the bloodline of the bhaalspawn's strength.
